Currency and pricing

All prices on ashton-row.com are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes, in line with our Terms of Service. Any shipping charges are shown separately before you complete your order.

Accepted payment methods

At present, we accept payment via PayPal. The payment options available to you will always be shown at checkout, and we may introduce further methods over time.

How payments are processed

Payments are processed securely by PayPal or by other payment providers we may enable in future. Ashton Row does not see or store your full card details — these are handled directly by our payment provider in line with their own security standards.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order.

Declined or failed payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order will not be confirmed. Please check your payment details or try an alternative method. If the issue continues, contact your payment provider or reach out to us at info@ashton-row.com.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it is issued to your original payment method, usually within 14 days of us receiving your return, in line with our Refund Policy.
