We want you to be genuinely glad you ordered from us. If something isn't right, this is how we make it right.

Returns window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

How to start a return

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or colour, let us know when you start your return and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as possible — we'll cover the cost of returning it and arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return shipping

Unless an item is faulty, return shipping is at your own cost. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Sale items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
