Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 business days from dispatch. Shipping is complimentary on all UK orders over £150; a delivery charge applies to orders below this threshold, calculated at checkout.

International delivery

International shipping is available and calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.

Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we aim to meet the timeframes above, occasional delays can occur once a parcel is with the courier and outside our control. If your order seems significantly delayed, contact us and we'll look into it.
